Tyre Pyrolysis Process
Cutting Tyres Before Pyrolysis:
Before pyrolysis, waste tyre usually needs dealing with by pretreatment machine. The steel wire will be dragged out. And waste tyre will be cut to no more than 2cm.
Push tyre into reactor and heat the chamber. When temperature is up to 180℃, we can get oil gas. When temperature reaches to 280℃, oil production process basically finishes. Oil will drop into oil tank. Oil gas can be recycled to provide heat for reactor again. Waste oil gas in the reactor will enter into a series of procedures (cooling, removing sulphur, etc). Finally, it is safe to directly reuse processed oil gas.
There are some waste smoke whose temperature reaches to 200℃. After processed by dedusting system (water washing, waster spray and ceramic ring absorption), the waste smoke meets emission standards. And the final temperature of smoke is about 75℃.
