1. What’s the temperature of carbonizing process?
Normally, the biomass starts to carbonize when the temperature exceeds 380℃. The sewage sludge begins to carbonize as the temperature is over 500℃. The carbonizing temperature of municipal solid waste is higher than 600℃.
2. What’s the requirement to water content?
When feeding, the raw materials should have less than 15% water content. Otherwise, they need drying by the dryer. A dryer can reduce 30% water content.
Note: the water content of fresh wood is more than 50% in general
3. Can the biochar making machine for sale work continuously in 24 hours?
